When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. AEST (excluding public holidays). Orders that are fully paid will often be shipped the same day up to 11:00am; however, this may take longer during promotions or holiday times such as Christmas. In rare instances, we may need to contact you prior to shipping your item. We will tell you if your order is delayed. Please ensure that all of your data are submitted completely and properly throughout the checkout process, and that you promptly react to any email/phone contact from our staff to avoid any delays.
How can I follow the status of my order?

Where am I able to pick up my Click & Collect order?
Our complimentary service enables you to place an order online and pick it up at our My Health Food Shop in Castle Towers, Level 1/6-14 Castle St, Castle Hill NSW 2154.
