Lotus Rolled Triticale Flakes are a cross between wheat and rye (secale). It isn’t refined, so it preserves all of the whole grain’s nutrients and benefits. They have a softer nutty flavour and mix the qualities of wheat and rye. In recipes, use instead of wheat, rye, or brown rice.
