My Health Food Shop was founded in 2002 by a nutritionist and dietitian. We believe in providing healthier options to our customers and in addressing health holistically.

My Health Food Shop is a family-owned business that offers a range of products including organic and natural pantry staples, natural skin care, natural make up, fermented food, super foods, gluten free, paleo products, supplements, raw food, aromatherapy essential oils, green household products, specialty dairy products, bone broth, gelatin, Neoflame cooking range and Boody bamboo garments.

We believe in addressing health holistically. If you have any questions about your health or our products, we have an in-house naturopath, herbalist, dietician and nutritionist available for advice.
